On August 3, 2021, the newly built Tieli-Yichun railway has been approved by the National Railway Group and the Heilongjiang Provincial People’s Government in the “Response of the National Railway Group Heilongjiang Provincial People’s Government on the Feasibility Study Report on the New Tieli-Yichun Railway” (Iron Fa Gai Han [2020] No. 156) approved the construction, the project owner is Longjiang Railway Co., Ltd., and the agent construction unit is Heilongjiang Railway Development Group Co., Ltd.; the construction funds come from the full capital invested by Heilongjiang Province and China National Railway Group. 9.8 billion yuan, the project investment ratio is: Heilongjiang Province is responsible for land acquisition and demolition work and expenses, totaling 790 million yuan; the remaining capital of 9.01 billion yuan will be invested in a 3:7 ratio, and the Heilongjiang Provincial People’s Government will bear 6.307 billion yuan. Raising and solving; China Railway Group has undertaken 2.703 billion yuan and applied for funds within the central budget. The funds have been confirmed, the construction drawings and design documents are complete, and the bidder is Heilongjiang Railway Development Group Co., Ltd.
The newly-built Tie-Yi Railway is led from the combined station branch of the existing Sui-Jia Line Tieli Station. After exiting the station, it turns to the northeast through the Tieli Development Zone. After crossing the Heha Expressway and Provincial Highway 207 all the way north, it crosses the Heha Expressway again. Enter the expressway service area and set up Riyuexia Station. After exiting the station, the line crosses the service area, runs parallel to the east side of Heha Expressway, continues northward, crosses Provincial Highway S207 and Heha Expressway to the east of Jiefang Village, and walks on the west side of the expressway, crossing Qiannen Expressway in turn , Yaohe, Provincial Highway 207, and finally to the newly built Yichun West Station.
The newly-built main line has a total length of 112.299km, of which: 83.852 km of subgrade, accounting for 74.67% of the total length of the line. There are 52 bridges, 28.447 kilometers, accounting for 25.33% of the total length of the line. There are a total of 3 stations on the whole line, one of the existing stations will be renovated into a railway station, and two new stations will be built, namely Riyuexia Station and Yichunxi Station. The railway grade is a high-speed railway, the number of main lines is double, the design speed is 250km/h, the line spacing is 4.6m, the minimum curve radius is 3500m in general and 3000m in difficult areas, the restricted slope is generally 20‰, and the effective length of the arrival line is 650m, the train operation control mode is CTCS-2 level train control system, and the train operation command mode is dispatching centralized. The advance project of the project has started. The scope of this tender is to build the DK1+467.871~DK52+515 section of the railway from Tieli to Yichun, with a length of 52.022km. The bid section number TYZQSG-2. The number of projects is: the total length of the new main line is 52.022 km, the subgrade is 37.24 km (including the station subgrade), 24 bridges, 14.872 km, of which: 8 extra-large bridges, 7 bridges, 3 medium bridges, and frame medium bridges There are 6 bridges, 5 small frame bridges, 88 culverts, 2 stations, 1 box girder making and storage yard, and 1 track laying base.

The Harbin-Israel High-speed Railway is located in the central part of Heilongjiang Province, with a southwest to northeast orientation as a whole.
