We will diversify the utilization of biomass energy and advance the planning and construction of waste incineration power plants. Strengthen the coordination of source, network, load and storage, and improve the capacity of new energy consumption and storage. Safe use of nuclear energy and speed up the construction of Tianwan Nuclear Power Unit 7 and 8 project. Improve the level of clean and intensive use of coal, and completely eliminate outdated coal-fired power generation units. The adjustment of the energy structure will force the adjustment of the industrial structure, improve the advanced technology and manufacturing level of major energy equipment, and build a new energy industrial base.
