Recently, the Laos Huilampangya downstream hydropower project undertaken by Gezhouba has been completed and handed over. It has now entered a one-year warranty period. The National Power Company of the Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources of Laos issued a certificate of acceptance to the project department. After entering the warranty period, the owner will be responsible for the operation of the power station, and the project department will provide the owner with technical services and repair work during the project warranty period.

Laos Huilan Pangya downstream hydropower station is a behind-the-dam hydropower station that focuses on power generation. The power station controls a drainage area of 380 square kilometers, the normal storage level of the reservoir is 198 meters, the maximum storage capacity is 73.9 million cubic meters, and the total installed capacity of the power station is 15 MW.
