The project is specifically located in the area from Zongsan Road in the east, Sanxian Road in the south, Xiangfu River, a tributary of Yanxi Lake in the west, and Xiahu Lake of Yanxi Lake in the north, as well as the south side of the intersection of Chengzi Avenue and Chengziyu Expressway Ziyang Link Area.

It covers an area of about 6530 acres and is divided into two areas AB, of which: Area A is about 4,710 acres, and Area B is about 1,820 acres. Among them, the first phase of the Academy of Fine Arts project (including supporting facilities) implemented this time is located in the area of Area A, and the area of Area B is about 900 acres of land consolidation.

Construction scale: The first phase of this project includes, but is not limited to, approximately 245,000 square meters of school buildings for the Academy of Fine Arts in the cooperation area, approximately 50,000 square meters of on-campus art venues, school supporting infrastructure, construction of the north-south landscape avenue, and corresponding construction land acquisition and demolition , Approximately 1,230 acres of land consolidation, supporting infrastructure, river management, ecological environment, parks and green areas, mountain green areas, public facilities, etc., shall be subject to the approved project plan.
