On August 28, 2021, the parent company of Longi Hydrogen Technology Co., Ltd. Longi Green Energy Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Longi Co., Ltd.") and China Chemical Hualu Engineering Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Hualu Company") Sign a strategic cooperation framework agreement. The two parties will establish a strategic partnership centering on the transformation of green hydrogen energy technology and scientific and technological achievements, and strengthen strategic cooperation in the application of green hydrogen and coal chemical coupling scenarios, new energy-related industries, and high-end equipment R&D and procurement. The goal of "carbon" will be achieved as soon as possible.

Under the witness of Li Zhenguo, the founder and president of Longi, and Wang Hai, secretary of the party committee and chairman of Hualu, Wang Yingge, brand general manager and deputy general manager of Longi Hydrogen Energy, and Zheng Kaixue, general manager of Hualu, signed the agreement on behalf of both parties. And the purchase contract of 100MW electrolyzed water hydrogen production equipment.

Wang Hai said that Hualu Company is willing to give full play to their respective advantages and carry out multi-level, multi-channel and multi-mode cooperation with Longji, so as to jointly contribute to the development of the industry and technological progress.

Li Zhenguo said that Longji and Hualu have complementary industry advantages, have a good willingness to cooperate and a common development foundation, and hydrogen energy will play an irreplaceable role in the deep decarbonization process. He hopes that both parties will play a "green power + green hydrogen". The field strives to deepen cooperative partnerships, achieve win-win cooperation, and contribute to China's early realization of the "dual carbon" goal.
