A few days ago, the Tianfu New Area through the Meishan to Leshan Expressway project investor determined, Sichuan Expressway Construction and Development Group Co., Ltd. led, Chengdu Communications Investment Group Co., Ltd., China Railway Seventeenth Bureau Group Co., Ltd., China Railway Twenty-fourth Bureau Group Co., Ltd., Sichuan Provincial Communications Construction Group Co., Ltd. formed a consortium and won the bid.
Tianfu New Area via Meishan to Leshan Expressway Project
The recommended line K+D1 of this project starts at G108, Zhengxing Town, Tianfu New District, and is interconnected with Zhengxing Hub at Huoshiyan Village, Zhengxing Town, and then routed to the south, and Yongan Hub will be set up about 3km west of the Jiancha Interchange to cross Chengdu. The Second Ring Expressway, via the east side of Longyansi Reservoir, set up Huanglongxi Interchange in Hongwei Village, then cross the Huanglu and Luxi River, and continue to route to the southwest. Set up a high-level hub in Shuiyuan Village to interlink the upper-span Tianfu The express road in the new district (under construction), cross Shiqing Road on the west side of Xingsheng Town, and set up Pengzu Mountain Interchange and Shiqing Road conversion in Qicang Village. Then continue to route to the southwest, set up the Meishan service area near K24+700, then detour 0.3km on the west edge of the planning area of Huangfeng Town, and cross the SA3 Chengdu Economic Zone Ring Expressway near Datianba in Huangfeng Town and set up the Huangfeng Hub Interchange , Then continue to route along the topography in the southwest direction, through the east side of the land township plan, set up the east slope land interchange near Tongzitang and cross the Meishan section of Tianfu Avenue (under construction), and then continue to extend south, planning the east side of the Mindong New District Set up Mindong Interchange on the side to cross the Minhei Expressway, and then continue to extend to the southeast, set up Dongpo Chongli Interchange and G351 traffic conversion near Zhonggui Village. The route continues to extend to the south, and the Jinhua hub is located about 2.3 kilometers east of the Meishan service area of the Sui-Zi-Mei Expressway to connect to the Sui-Zi-Mei Expressway, and then continues to the southwest along the terrain, and set up near the Saint Mary Temple on the west side of the original Liusheng Township Dongpo Fuxing Interchange is connected to Yonggu Road, and then a Qingshen high platform interchange is installed near Changtiankan via Huangjiachong, and then continues to cross the Yuejiang River to the south. Qingshen service area is set up at K67+750, and it is set up at Elephant Trunk Temple. The Hudu River Minjiang Bridge crosses the Minjiang River and enters the southern part of Qingshen County. The Qingshen South City Interchange is set up at D1K73+760, and the Simeng River is crossed at D1K74+700. The route passes through Dalin Village on the north side of Ruifeng Town and Qingshen on the west side. In Gangping Village, the Qingshen Hanyang Minjiang Bridge was installed in Luoba Village to cross the Minjiang River, and then the Qingshen Hanyang Interchange was installed at Yijiawan, and then the route went southeast, passing Fangwan Village, Banqiao Village, Huatai Village, and ending at Qianghua Village in Mouzi Town is connected to Leshan Ring Expressway.
The main line of the recommended route plan is about 94.123km in length, including about 15.3km in Chengdu, 69km in Meishan, and 9.823km in Leshan. The total investment scale of the project is about 30.54648 billion yuan.

The main line of the project adopts expressway technical standards, with a design speed of 120km/h, two-way 8 lanes + 6 lanes + 8 lanes, and the subgrade width is 34.5m/42m. The design of bridges and culverts adopts highway-I grade as the vehicle load; asphalt concrete pavement. Other technical indicators comply with the relevant provisions of the "Highway Engineering Technical Standards" (JTG B01-2014) promulgated by the Ministry of Transport.
