Binhai-Huai'an Expressway

The starting point of the Binhai-Huai'an Expressway is located in the Binhai Port Area of Yancheng City, and the ending point is located in Lianshui County, Huai'an City. The project is the Yancheng section. The project scope of the Yancheng section of the Binhai-Huai'an Expressway is connected to Binhai Port in the east and to the junction of Yancheng and Huai'an in the west. The total length of the route is about 65.1 kilometers. A total of 6 interchanges, including Binhai Port Interchange, Binhuai Interchange, Border Interchange, Binhai Hub, Binhai West Interchange, and Big Set Interchange, have been set up across the line. There are 1 service area and 1 main line toll station.

7 bidding projects

The bidding project is BH-1, BH-2, BH-3, BH-4, BH-5, BH-6, BH-7 bidding section of the main construction project of Yancheng Section of Binhai-Huai'an Expressway.

The starting and ending stake numbers of the BH-1 section are K5+000~K14+800, which is the starting point and the end point of Binhuai Interchange. The total length of the route is 9.8km. Small and medium-sized bridges outside the main line of the interconnection.

The start and end pile numbers of the BH-2 section are K14+800~K31+550, which is the terminal of Binhuai Interchange-2.55 kilometers before Jiepai Interchange. The total length of the route is 16.75km. The main work points: Zhongshe Branch Canal Bridge, Upper Span 301 Bridge, Yuhuang River Bridge, small and medium bridges on the main line.

The starting and ending pile numbers of the BH-3 section are K31+550~K41+750, which is 2.55 kilometers before Jiepai Interchange-the end of Haigang Avenue Bridge. The length of the route is 10.2km. The main work points: Wujujugou Bridge, Jiepai Interchange, Shang Cross 226 Bridge, Jiepai Service Area, Taowei River Bridge, Shanghaigang Avenue Bridge, and small and medium-sized bridges on the main line except for interoperability.

The starting and ending pile numbers of the BH-4 section are K41+750~K49+750, which is the terminal of Haigang Avenue Bridge-3.52 kilometers after the Binhai Hub. The length of the route is 8km. Medium and small bridges.

The starting and ending pile numbers of the BH-5 section are K49+750~K58+150, which is 3.52 kilometers after the Binhai Hub—the end of the Tongyu River Bridge. The length of the route is 8.4km. The main work points: Binhai West Interchange, Xiangkan River Bridge, The main line spans the G204 Bridge, the Tongyu River Bridge, and the small and medium-sized bridges on the main line except for the interconnection.

The starting and ending pile numbers of the BH-6 section are K58+150~K70+100.363, which is the terminal of the Tongyu River Bridge-the project terminal route. The total length is 11.95km. The main line of small and medium bridges and rocket roads cross.

The BH-7 section is the prefabrication and transportation of the hollow slab bridge prefabrication and prefabricated prestressed concrete composite box girder.

Scope of bidding

BH-1~BH-6 tenders: foundation treatment of main lines and ramps within the stake number range of the above tenders; subgrade bridges (excluding expansion joints) and related reserved pre-embedded works; branch lines and separated overpasses and off-line subgrades Bridges (including pavement and expansion joints); culverts; passages; off-line engineering; earthwork improvement for toll station areas and intercommunication areas; protective drainage facilities; beam slab erection and installation; slabs for bridges and channels are not included; bridge beam slabs are not included Prefab.

Planned construction period: October 30, 2021 to October 30, 2023, the specific time is subject to the official notification of the contract developer.

Obtaining bidding documents

Submission of tender documents

This project adopts electronic bidding, and bidders do not need to submit paper bid documents. The electronic version of bidder’s bid documents must be uploaded to the electronic trading platform before the specified time in the corresponding bid section of this project. The decryption of the bid documents is in the bid documents. After the deadline for uploading, the bidder must complete the decryption of the bid documents before the deadline for decryption of the bid documents.
