Hunan Provincial One Belt One Road Fund enters the African market

On September 27, Hunan International Cooperation Private Equity Fund Management Co., Ltd. and Saudi International Power and Water Corporation formally signed the Kom Ombo 200MW photovoltaic power station project in Egypt, marking the entry of the Hunan Province One Belt One Road Fund into the African market and actively participating in economic and trade cooperation and industry with Africa invest. Cai Dianwei, Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of Hunan Construction Engineering Group, and Lv Yunhe, the global vice president of Saudi International Power and Water Corporation and the chief representative of China, signed the contract on behalf of both parties.

The project is located in the Kom Ombo area of Aswan Province, southern Cairo, Egypt. The planned total installed capacity is 200MW, the total investment is about 160 million U.S. dollars, and the estimated annual power generation is about 600 million kWh.

Participate in the investment and construction of China's largest agricultural project in Africa

On September 27th, Hunan Construction Engineering Group Co., Ltd., Beijing Chaoliang Holding (Group) Co., Ltd. and Silk Road International Bank Tan signed an EPC construction project for the agricultural product industrial park, port and new city in the Kilwa region of Tanzania.

The project is located in the Kilwa region of Tanzania. It has 80,000 acres of land (equivalent to 324 square kilometers). It has obtained the Tanzanian government land use license. Supergrain Holdings plans to transform the Masoko Port near the southern agricultural production area into a multifunctional terminal with supporting facilities. The 3,500 acres of new city, logistics, and airport facilities fundamentally solve the problem of high export transportation costs for agricultural products. Chaoliang Holdings, Hunan Construction Engineering, PTA and Djibouti Silk Road International Bank will jointly develop, construct and operate the project with well-known port operators in the United Nations.

Create an important logistics channel for Africa in the Midwest and even the whole country

The Hunan-Guangdong-Africa-Rail-Sea Combined Transport Channel takes Zhuzhou as the main assembly center and Hengyang as the sub-center, and constructs a railway freight channel to and from the ports of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area to realize the operation of trains and to and from the ports of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area to and from the African continent. The shipping routes are seamlessly connected, and the channel services are extended to the hinterland countries of the African continent through the self-operated logistics network of platform partners throughout Africa, covering Latin America, Asia Pacific, the Middle East and other regions. The Hunan-Guangdong-Africa-rail-sea combined transport channel is an important logistics channel for China's central and western regions and even the whole country. It is the first to build an “end-to-end” logistics channel from Hunan and the surrounding economic hinterland to the countries of the African continent, realizing the entire bill of lading, one ticket to the end . The first phase covers 11 hub seaports in Africa and 20 roads and railways to inland Africa.

Signed Uganda's Victorian Eco-Industry New City and Uganda Youjia Building Project

On September 26-27, the China-Africa Youth Innovation Forum and China-Africa Economic and Trade Cooperation Pilot Zone Promotion Conference were held respectively in the Xiangjiang New Area Fund Town and Changsha International Conference Center. Part of the project is planned as an ecological international community. The community is composed of an ecological city and an ecological park. It is planned to build an international hospital, an international school, high-end residences, a five-star hotel and a commercial complex, as well as a supporting one-stop tourism center and tourism. Museums, forest parks, water parks, etc.; part of the plan is an ecological industrial park. It is planned to plan an international cross-border e-commerce service and international exhibition center, an international innovation and R&D center, a sub-packaging base, a testing and evaluation center, and a logistics warehouse distribution center.

Uganda Youjia Building Project is located in Kampala, the capital of Uganda. It is estimated that a total investment of 18 million US dollars will be used to construct a complex commercial complex including commercial, office, residential, exhibition, catering, conference, cultural and entertainment functions. Both parties will use resources Integration, complementary advantages, and win-win cooperation, forming a strategic partnership, and jointly promoting the implementation of the Uganda Youjia Building project.
