The route ending point K91+250 is located near Hongmuzhai on the southeast side of Jiujia, Tianyuan Town, Changning County, Baoshan City. A T-shaped hub interchange is set up to connect with the K18+600 of the Changbao Expressway under construction. The total length of the route is 94.943 kilometers, of which the Dali section is 48.44 kilometers and the Changning section is 46.503 kilometers.

The main control points are Yongping County, Changjie Township, Shuixie Township, Zhejie Township, Mangshui Town, and Changning County Town. It is planned to set up 2 service areas, 6 parking areas, 2 senior management sections (monitoring sub-centers), 6 toll stations, 2 maintenance work areas, 13 substations, and 4 tunnel management offices across the line.

The estimated investment for the project is RMB 8,996,826,900 (the actual project scale and total investment are ultimately subject to the approved preliminary design estimate.
