The Hekou-Maguan Expressway is located in the southeast of Yunnan Province, and the route direction is generally from west to northeast. The starting point of the line is located on the northwest side of Hekou County. The Basa Junction Interchange is set up to connect G8011 Kaiyuan to Hekou Expressway, passing Nanxi, Dananxi, Pingzi, Qiaotou Village, Donggualing, Baobaozhai, Hejiawan, Xinyao, Yu Bo and Damwei stop at the west side of Maguan County, and set up a Maguan interchange to connect the Wenshan-Maguan expressway.

According to the "Minutes of the Special Meeting on the Promotion of Luxi-Qubei-Guangnan-Funing Expressway and Hekou-Maguan Expressway Projects" by Wenshan Prefecture Transportation Bureau of Honghe Prefecture Transportation Bureau, the Hekou-Maguan Expressway Project can report two The state boundaries are: K0+000-K25+150 and K32+600-K48+245 are located in Honghe Prefecture (40.8 kilometers in total), K25+150-K32+600, K48+245-K82+011 are located in Wenshan Prefecture ( 41.22 kilometers in total). The proposed route K0+000-K25+150, K25+150-K32+600 and K32+600-K48+245 (48.245 kilometers in total) will be constructed, operated and maintained by Honghe Prefecture; K48+245-K82+011 The section (33.766 kilometers in total) is constructed, operated and maintained by Wenshan Prefecture. Therefore, only the section K48+245-K82+011 (33.766 kilometers in total) is considered in this tender. The project is constructed according to the standard of two-way four-lane expressway, with a design speed of 80 km/h and a roadbed width of 25.5 meters.
