Investment of 2.8 billion yuan. The cooperation period of this project is 32 years, the construction period is 2 years, and the operation period is 30 years.

Project Overview

The overall direction of the route is east-west. The project starts from the inner rural boundary of Xixia County on the G312 line (stake number K0+000), and connects with the inner rural highway on the G312 line. The east side of the Shaanxi Expressway passes through Liuling and Shishugou, after crossing the S329 line (K10+670) on Tangou, passing through Danshui Town south to the west of Qiyu Reservoir and crossing the under construction Menghua Railway (K19+440), Qu Yuangang crosses the Ningxi Railway (K22+543) on Shuanghe Village, crosses the Enter River through the north of Enter Town, crosses the Shanghai-Shaanxi Expressway (K26+826) to the west, and then goes northwest along the west side of the Shanghai-Shanxi Expressway. Xiachaiying, Luyimiaogou, Wugang Village, and Yaochanggou cross the Shanghai-Shanxi Expressway in the south of Yangang Village, passing north through the east of Xixia County, and at Zhangjiaying in the northeast of the county. The route turns left to west and G208 (formerly G311). ) Line level crossing (K37+116), enter the municipal section of the city, after Shilongyan (K39+430), continue westward across the Laoguan River (K39+835), then pass the Xuewuyuan, Caogou Village, in Wei After Yuangou crosses the Shanghai-Shaanxi Expressway (K47+400) to the southwest, it passes westward through Jiancun North at the mouth of Liushugou, and connects to the original G312 line (K49+100) in the east of Daguisi and westward along the original G312 line. Leaving the old road west of Kuiwen Village, turning northwest to the north of Dinghe Town at the crossing of Dinghe, cross the Dinghe-Shanghai Expressway (K54+300) on Dinghe Town and continue to the west and then connect to G312 at (K55+200) The line ends at the junction of Dinghe Town and Chongyang Town (stake number K55+940), and connects with the highway from Dinghe to Henan-Shaanxi section of the G312 line. The total length of the route is 55.940 kilometers.

The project adopts the two-way four-lane first-class highway technical standards, the roadbed is 24.5 meters wide, and the designed driving speed is 80 km/h. The pavement surface layer adopts asphalt concrete structure, and the design load of bridges and culverts adopts highway-I level. Other technical indicators should meet the requirements of "Highway Engineering Technical Standards" (JTGB01-2014).
