Zhou Naixiang served as a member of the Standing Committee of the Jiangsu Provincial Party Committee and Secretary of the Suzhou Municipal Party Committee. In September 2019, he served as the Chairman and Party Secretary of China State Construction Group Corporation.
According to the public resume, Zhou Naixiang was an alternate member of the 19th Central Committee. He was born in December 1961. After graduating from Nanjing Institute of Civil Engineering and Architecture in 1982, he joined the Jiangsu Provincial Construction Engineering Company and served as the manager of the operating engineering department and the assistant to the general manager. In 1999, he served as deputy general manager of Jiangsu Construction Engineering Corporation (Construction Group Company).
