Project Overview

The main line of the Nanchong-Chengdu Expressway Expansion Project starts at Baihe Bridge, Dongguan Town, Gaoping District, Nanchong City, connects with Nandalian Expressway, and ends at the Interchange of Luojiba Hub of Chengdu Ring Expressway. The total length of the route is 215.697 kilometers.

The main line is equipped with 25,832.708m/148 bridges, including 5,723.34m/4 extra-large bridges, 15687.085m/61 bridges, 3,953.263m/63 middle bridges, and 469.02m/20 small bridges; 10,469m/9 tunnels, of which Extra-long tunnels are 3832.5m/1, long tunnels are 3315.5m/2, medium and short tunnels are 3321.0m/6; there are 835 new or modified passages and culverts; 24 interchanges (including 8 hubs) are set up, Among them, 15 intercommunication sites were renovated and expanded in situ, 6 intercommunication sites were newly added, and 3 intercommunication sites were relocated and newly built; 45 separated vehicle overpasses and 55 overpasses were set up.
