The bidder was from the Zhoushan Bridge Construction Management Center with a total investment of 10.9 billion yuan.

Project Overview

The total length of the expressway route of this project is about 18.92 kilometers (the implementation length of the main line is about 18.56 kilometers, including Xihoumen, Taoyaomen, and Fuchimen three road-rail joint construction bridges), and the main line bridges are about 10336 meters/16 ( Including the main line bridge in the intercommunication area and the three highway-rail joint construction bridges (4519 meters long), including 7,460 meters/4 extra-large bridges, 2,792 meters/10 bridges, 84 meters/2 small and medium bridges, and 6,315 meters/7 tunnels. Among them, the long tunnel is 3,524 meters / 2 (Tiancai Kenggang tunnel left 2375 meters, right 2547 meters; Shuangluo No. 1 tunnel left 1149 meters, right line 484 meters), 2380 meters middle tunnel / 3 short tunnels 645 meters/2 seats; set up 2 hub-type interchanges, 1 temporary toll station, 1 tunnel rescue station, 1 bridge management station, 1 maintenance work area, and necessary traffic auxiliary management buildings and facilities. At the end of the route, the connecting line is about 0.63 kilometers long.

The main structure and deck ancillary works of the highway bridge crossing the Xihoumen, Taoyaomen, and Fuchimen dual-purpose highway and railway bridges will be implemented by the new Ningbo-Zhoushan railway project; the road part of the three highway-rail dual-purpose bridges The engineering and facilities along the route are included in the implementation of this project, and part of the corresponding highway and bridge investment is included in the estimated investment of this project. The details shall be based on the content interface approved by the preliminary design.

technical standard

The main line of the project adopts the two-way six-lane highway standard in the "Highway Engineering Technical Standards" (JTGB01-2014), with a design speed of 100 km/h, an integral subgrade width of 33.5 meters, and a split subgrade width of 16.75 meters; the main line terminal connection line adopts two-way It is a four-lane first-class highway standard, with a design speed of 80 km/h and a roadbed width of 25.5 meters. The design of bridges and culverts adopts the highway-I level of automobile load level, and other technical indicators shall be implemented in accordance with the standards and regulations of the Ministry of Transport and related industries, and meet the requirements of the "Compulsory Provisions of Engineering Construction Standards" (Highway Engineering Section) of the People's Republic of China .

The total investment within the scope of the PPP cooperation of this project is 10,931.96 million yuan (including 596782 million yuan for the highway part of the highway-rail joint construction, and 4,964.14 million yuan for the remaining road sections).
