Share opportunities, innovate and win-win. On November 15, 2021, CATL New Energy Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "CATL") and Xiamen C&D Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "C&D Group") signed a strategic cooperation agreement in Ningde. Han Wei, President of CATL Commercial Division, and Zheng Yongda, Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of C&D Corporation, signed the agreement on behalf of both parties. Zeng Yuqun, Chairman of CATL, and Huang Wenzhou, Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of C&D Group, witnessed the signing.

According to the agreement, CATL and C&D Group will focus on strategic development needs, give full play to their respective advantages, and carry out cooperation and exchanges in various fields such as battery application scenarios, business model innovation, new energy automobile industry, and supply chain business cooperation. In the future, the two parties will provide first-class solutions for new energy market applications based on innovative development, mutual benefit and win-win cooperation mode, and help achieve the "dual carbon" goal.
