Kuwait is known as the "Oil Kingdom", with crude oil reserves accounting for about 10% of the world. In order to promote economic development, the Kuwaiti government has specifically formulated a strategic goal of reaching 4.7 million barrels of oil per day in 2030. The lack of water resources in recent years has led Kuwait to focus on water resources protection projects and actively construct sewage treatment related projects. The bid for this project was first announced last year. According to Alrai reports, Turkey, Egypt and China were the main bidders for the initial tender.Editor/XingWentao
