On the morning of December 4, 2021, the "Wuwei South-Tbilisi" China-Europe train departed from Wuwei South Station in Gansu. This is the first China-Europe train from Gansu to Georgia, marking the addition of a new trade channel between Gansu and the countries along the Belt and Road.

Since the launch of Gansu's first "Tianma" (Wuwei South-Almaty, Kazakhstan) China-Europe train in 2014, Gansu's international freight train has continued to expand. Up to now, 4 and 5 international freight trains have been opened in Central Europe, Central Asia (China, Kyrgyzstan and Uzbekistan), South Asia, and new international land-sea trade routes.

In order to support the normal operation of international freight trains, Lanzhou Customs has formulated 11 measures to encourage enterprises to independently choose customs clearance modes, promote the reduction of customs clearance compliance costs, create a “green channel” for customs clearance of trains, and promote the development of multimodal freight trains. The normalization of international freight trains parallels both directions, driving the steady growth of Gansu’s foreign trade.

Recently, the designated supervision site for entering seedlings at the International Aviation Port of Lanzhou Zhongchuan Airport has ushered in a new round of "busy farming season". Batches of imported original seeds have passed the Lanzhou Customs quarantine and are bred by seed companies and will be exported again when they are mature. . "The foreign seed production industry is a characteristic industry in Gansu, and the customs must keep the seeds safe."
