The construction site is Tianmen City and Hanchuan City, Hubei Province. The specific construction scale is subject to the approval of the competent government department. The project starts at the south of Liji Village, Tianerhe Town, Hanchuan City, intersects with Wuhan City Circle Ring Expressway and joins the Wuhan-Hanchuan section of Wutianyi Expressway, starting point: K-0+055; westward at Huayan Lake Enter Tianmen on the southeast side. In Tianmen, pass through Qianyi Huayan Lake to the south and Mawan Township to the north; continue to the west via Xiaoban Town, and cross Tianmen to Xiantao Railway and Qianjiang branch line in succession near Dongwan to the north of Henglin, and then in Tianmen City The wiring in the narrow zone between the central city and Yuekou Industrial Park ends at the intersection of Suiyue Expressway and Suiyue Expressway near Qiwutai, Wuxing Village, Yuekou Town, and the terminal station number is K37+650.

The total length of the project is 37.705km, including 3.355km in Hanchuan City, 34.35km in Tianmen City, 26908m/19 bridges, 2 hubs, 3 general interchanges, 1 service area, 1 maintenance work area, monitoring management 1 sub-center, 3 ramp toll stations, including Liji Bridge, Huayan Lake Bridge, Tianmennan Bridge (crossing Tianmen to Xiantao Railway and Qianjiang Branch Railway) and 3 controllable ones with a continuous length of 1000m or more bridge. The project plans to adopt a two-way six-lane expressway standard with a design speed of 120km/h and a roadbed width of 34.0m. The total investment of the project is about 8.524 billion yuan, and the planned construction period is 48 months (subject to the project approval document).
