China Metallurgical's new contracts signed for the whole year of 2020 amounted to 1019.72 billion yuan, becoming a new member of the Central SOE Trillion Club. Compared with last year, the momentum of China Metallurgical's acquisition of orders in 2021 is still unabated. It took 11 months to obtain orders for the whole year of 2020, and its performance reached a new high. The completion rate of the annual planned new contract value target exceeded 89. %, only less than 130 billion yuan is left from the mission.

According to statistics, China Metallurgical's average monthly contract value in 2021 exceeded 97 billion yuan, and the monthly contract value in the four months of January, May, June and November exceeded 100 billion yuan. As usual, the end of the year is the sprint period for enterprises, and the signing situation is also showing a peak situation. Therefore, Tongge believes that whether China Metallurgical can complete the annual target is not a big problem.

Won over 43 billion major projects

In November, China Metallurgical signed 106.21 billion yuan of new contracts. Among them, there were 17 projects with a single contract value of more than 1 billion yuan, and the cumulative contract value exceeded 43 billion yuan. The main signing units include China First Metallurgical, China Nineteen Metallurgical, China 22nd Metallurgical, China Second Metallurgical, Shanghai Baoye, China Metallurgical Tiangong, China Metallurgical Transportation, China Seventeenth Metallurgical, China Five Metallurgical, China 20th Metallurgical . China First Metallurgical has received the most major projects, with a cumulative total of over 10 billion, accounting for nearly 30%.

Signing orders in multiple fields, corporate transformation has achieved results

In recent years, China Metallurgical has not limited to a single business form, but has in-depth layout of multiple industrial chains, and has gradually built up the core competitiveness of the enterprise in terms of infrastructure construction. In November, the major projects won by the group mainly focused on municipal infrastructure projects, highway projects, and housing construction projects.

Highway

China 19th Metallurgical Group won the bid for the concession project of Yongping-Changning Expressway (Changning Section) as a consortium, with a contract value of 6.94 billion. The starting point of the project’s route is located in Pingpo Village on the south side of Bonan Town, Yongping County, Dali Prefecture, Yunnan Province. It connects to the ending point of Yunlong to Yongping Expressway. The ending point of the route is near Hongmuzhai on the southeast side of Jiujia, Tianyuan Town, Changning County, Baoshan City. The Changning section has a total length of 46.503 kilometers, with a bridge-tunnel ratio of 81.02%.

MCC Transportation won the bid for the first section of the Linying-Xiangcheng section of Zhoukou-Pingdingshan Expressway. This project is a national urban agglomeration channel line, another east-west channel in Henan Province. It is located between the Yanluo and Ningluo highways and connects many horizontal channels such as Anluo, Beijing, Hong Kong, Macao, Lannan, etc.

Relying on its strength in the grassland for many years, China Second Metallurgical signed a general contract for the construction of the highway from Baiyun Obo to Guyang on National Highway 210, and continued to implement the strategic layout, large platform, Striving for the goals of big customers and big projects.

Municipal infrastructure

China Metallurgical Group is committed to the construction of urban projects, focusing on enriching the urban landscape environment and improving people's quality of life.

China First Metallurgical signed the largest order in November-the general contracting project of the Northeast Old City Renewal Project (Reconnaissance Design-Procurement-Construction) in Puyang City, Henan Province (the detailed chain of winning the bid), with an amount of 8.79 billion yuan. At the end of April this year, Puyang issued opinions to standardize the renewal and transformation of urban areas, advocate urban repair and ecological restoration, and closely integrate the renewal and transformation of urban areas with the transformation of shanty towns and the transformation of urban villages. And China First Metallurgical won this big order and went directly into the pace of urban renewal, which is also a good example for the transformation and upgrading of enterprises.

Housing construction field

In one fell swoop, Shanghai Baoye signed the general contract for the cultural tourism venue project in the Taiwanese Investment Zone in Quanzhou, Fujian and the NO.2021G35 block project in Yuhuatai District, Nanjing, with a cumulative contract value of approximately 2.55 billion yuan. After the former is completed, it will become a new cultural landmark in the Taiwanese investment zone and even Quanzhou Bay, better enhance the regional cultural connotation of the Taiwanese investment zone, create a cultural and sports business card, and improve the public cultural service system of the Taiwanese investment zone. The latter reflects the important success that Shanghai Baoye has achieved in maintaining the strategic goal of "large customers", and is a reflection of the high recognition of "large customers" on the "construction site" and "marketing market" of the Nanjing branch.

In addition, China Metallurgical has also implemented new projects in its old bank: Shanghai Baoye's Maanshan Iron and Steel product production line planning-new special steel continuous casting and rolling engineering projects formally signed, and the implementation content includes three continuous casting areas.
