The project will have world-class piers and charming beach resorts, as well as restaurants and cafes, as well as diversified shopping options. The project’s seafront is 9.5 kilometers long, including a promenade, a marina that can accommodate local and international yachts, and a 2.1-kilometer beach. Open space and public services account for 40% of the project area, and provide designated pedestrian areas to create a walkable environment.

The master plan reflects the nature of the Hi jazi urban structure and neighborhoods of the historic city of Jeddah, with a modern interpretation design that meets the highest international standards. The statement added that it is also considering applying the latest technology to transform Jeddah into a "smart destination" to create a relaxing experience for residents and tourists. In addition, the design of the project adopted a world-class sustainable development plan to support the environment and economy, in line with the goals of the Saudi Green Initiative.
