The construction content includes a tourist service center, an event plaza, a five-star characteristic boutique hotel, a historical and cultural exhibition hall, an intangible cultural research hall, a large-scale event interpretation venue, an ethnic medicine and health center, a boutique hotel, a special building, etc., which are cultural Multi-functional cultural and tourism projects such as experience, enjoyment of food, fashion trends, ethnic customs, leisure and entertainment, health care and vacation. After completion, it will become an urban meeting room with the characteristics of Zhuang and Miao culture, as well as an important tourist destination and distribution point in Wenshan Prefecture and even southeast Yunnan. The annual tourist arrivals will be 4 million, the annual tourism comprehensive income will be 2 billion yuan, and the number of upstream and downstream employees will be 5,000.

City-wide rooftop distributed photovoltaic development pilot project

The estimated investment of the project is 670 million yuan. It is planned that the proportion of photovoltaic power generation installed in the total area of the roofs of the party and government agencies in Wenshan City shall not be less than 50%, the proportion of roof installations of schools, hospitals, and village committees shall not be less than 40%, and the proportion of roof installations of industrial and commercial plants shall not be less than 30%. The roof installation ratio of rural residents is not less than 20%. The total installed capacity of the planned construction is about 150-200MWp, and the construction period is from December 2021 to October 2023.

After the completion of the project, the average annual on-grid electricity consumption during the 25-year operation period is 175.16 million kWh, and the annual profit and tax is about 10 million yuan. Compared with the same thermal power, it saves 53,800 tons of standard coal every year. Reduce exhaust gas emissions: 1406.5 tons of sulfur dioxide, 132,100 tons of carbon dioxide, 1208.6 tons of nitrogen oxides, water saving of 724,800 tons, and reduction of 586.8 tons of smoke and dust emissions, helping Wenshan City to explore "dual carbon" and "green zero carbon" demonstration industrial cities.

Jiangshan Wenhe·Boshang Hotel Project

The Jiangshan Wenhe·Boshang Hotel Project has an estimated total investment of 370 million yuan and is located next to Xihua Park in the south of Wenshan City. The project covers an area of 22.5 mu, with a total construction area of approximately 20920 square meters. There are 150 guest rooms, equipped with meeting rooms, banquet halls (multi-function halls), breakfast, Chinese food, western restaurants, gyms, swimming pools, spas, chess rooms, tea boutiques and other functions. After the project is completed, it will effectively make up for the shortage of high-star hotels in Wenshan City, and the annual tax revenue will be about 3 million yuan.

500kV Liujing Power Transmission and Transformation Project

The planned total investment of the project is 1.57 billion yuan, 160 acres of land will be acquired, four 1 million kVA main transformers will be newly built, a 500 kV line will be built for 200 kilometers, and the conductor cross-section will be 4×500mm⊃2; it is planned to build 228 bases of iron towers and lines It passes through 8 towns and streets including Liujing, Gumu, Kaihua, Pingba, Xigu, Baxin, Matang and Bozhu.

After it is completed and put into operation, it will improve the structure of Wenshan Prefecture’s 220kV power grid, increase the power supply capacity and reliability of Wenshan Prefecture’s power grid, reduce the power supply pressure at Yanshan Station, ensure the power supply needs of Wenshan large users, and improve the ability of cloud power transmission. Urban Renewal and Transformation Project of Panlong River Test Section

With a total investment of 576 million yuan, it starts from Puyang East Road in the south to Hualong South Road in the north.
