SDIC Qinzhou Power Plant Phase III project was invested and established by SDIC Power Holding Co., Ltd. and Guangxi Qinzhou Linhai Industrial Investment Group Co., Ltd. The project plans to build 4 ultra-supercritical units of 660,000 kilowatts and the supporting construction of a heating pipe network. It is Qinzhou The overall plan of the petrochemical park and the supporting heat source for the industrial plan. The total investment of the project is 11 billion yuan, the annual design power generation is about 13.2 billion kWh, the new steam volume is about 2,400 tons/hour, and the annual output value can reach 6 billion yuan.

The project is expected to realize the commissioning of unit 1 in November 2023 and the commissioning of unit 2 in February 2024. The project is planned to be used in major projects such as the Huayi Qinzhou New Chemical Material Integration Base Project, the PetroChina Qinzhou Refining and Chemical Integration Project, the Hengyi Qinzhou High-end Green Chemical and Chemical Fiber Integration Project, and the Zhongwei New Materials Southern Industrial Base Project in the Qinzhou Port area.
