Xihu District insists on taking the digital industry as the lead, and thoroughly implements the No. 1 digital economy project. This time includes the Hangzhou Wohui Chain Digital Technology Co., Ltd. project, the Honghard Information Technology Co., Ltd. (prepared) project and the Chinese Express Intelligent Transportation Sales Center project. A number of high-quality projects in the digital economy industry have been signed.

It is understood that the projects signed this time have three main characteristics: First, the scale of investment is large. There are 3 projects with a total investment of more than 1 billion yuan and 5 projects with a total investment of more than 500 million yuan. The second is a wide range of industries. It involves multiple industrial fields, including 4 digital economy projects, 8 new manufacturing projects, 5 life and health projects, and 3 cultural and creative projects. The third is that the project has great potential. Including 8 headquarter economy projects, it will accelerate the upgrading of industrial energy levels, cultivate and expand industrial clusters, and improve the quality and efficiency of economic development in Xihu District.

The total investment of the five major projects participating in this centralized construction activity is 6.16 billion yuan, and 520 million yuan will be invested in 2021.

There is one industrial development project, with a total investment of 730 million yuan, and an investment of 10 million yuan in 2021. Tuofeng Technology's new manufacturing project is planned to be built into a headquarters park, where the company will deepen the research, development and application of smart manufacturing, and build digital factories for manufacturing companies of different sizes and industries in different industries. After the project is completed, it will attract upstream and downstream industry chain enterprises to settle in, and can introduce more than 7,000 talents in research and development, technology, management and other types.

There are 2 livelihood projects, with a total investment of 4.93 billion yuan, and an investment of 260 million yuan in 2021. The Yuquan unit kindergarten project plans to build 9 kindergartens to further meet the needs of preschool children in the Yuquan unit to enter the kindergarten nearby, improve the regional education level, and facilitate the lives of surrounding residents.

There are 2 infrastructure projects with a total investment of 500 million yuan, and the planned investment of 250 million yuan in 2021. Among them: Liuhe Road is the only urban arterial road and the main passage of the Asian Games Cricket Stadium where the Xiaoheshan unit remains. This upgrade will further facilitate the travel of the masses, improve the surrounding environment, and escort for the arrival of the Asian Games. Sujia Road is an important part of the infrastructure supporting facilities of the Shuangqiao (Yungu) unit.
