At present, the YCK16 diesel engine has formed supporting facilities with Shaanxi Tongli, Zoomlion, Shandong Pengxiang, Jiangsu World and other manufacturers and put them into use in small batches, breaking the long-term monopoly of China's heavy construction machinery and agricultural machinery market by imported brands. . With the large-scale development of various types of non-road machinery, YCK16 market prospects will be broader, and the sales volume is expected to reach 15,000 units at the end of the "14th Five-Year Plan" period.

In 2021, in addition to making breakthroughs in core technologies, Yuchai has also made remarkable achievements in market development. Since the launch of the National VI products, Yuchai has put more than 220,000 National VI products on the market. Among them, the sales volume of National VI will reach 150,000 units in 2021.

In 2021, Yuchai’s traditional large- and medium-sized passenger market will sell 27,000 units, accounting for 54% of the market, ranking first in the industry. Among them, the power market share of the National VI bus exceeds 80%. Yuchai’s sales of agricultural machinery engines amounted to 110,000 units, a year-on-year increase of 33%; sales of power generation power was 46,000 units, a year-on-year increase of 59%, both of which completed the original 2025 strategic market segmentation target 4 years ahead of schedule.
