In the early 1980s, Wang Changmin was just an assembler at Xuzhou Construction Machinery Factory. With a diligent and studious enthusiasm, he soon became a technical backbone in the factory under the leadership of his master, and worked hard in debugging and service positions.

In 1999, 34-year-old Wang Changmin became an overseas service engineer of XCMG. He went abroad for the first time and came to the United States. He had only one skill but was unable to display his skills. He found that language barriers are the biggest obstacle at work.

From simple word recognition to reading and writing, it is not easy to rebuild a foreign language. Wang Changmin secretly made up his mind to overcome this problem.

Wang Changmin, who has been working for nearly 20 years, has become a "student" again after work. He always carries a small notebook with him, and keeps words down whenever he has time, and then he can learn and remember when he has time.

During the service period of a certain project in Qatar, Wang Changmin usually got up at 3 o'clock in the morning and started work at 4 o'clock in the morning.
