It is understood that the starting point of the project’s route is at the Guanyinge Hub near Guanyinge Township in Guanyang County and connecting Guanping Expressway to the west via Dongjing Township, Limu Township, Gongcheng Township, Lingchuan Dajing Township, Chaotian Township, and Daxu Township, and the end point is at The vicinity of Liaojia Village, Daxu Town, Lingchuan County is connected to the Guilin Ring Expressway. The total length of the route is 61.061 kilometers, and the total investment is estimated at 10.702 billion yuan. There are 22 bridges with 16,350 meters, and 11 tunnels with a total length of 1,2967.5 meters. The planned total construction period is 3 years.

According to the relevant person in charge of the Guilin Transportation Bureau, the Guanyang (Xiangxi, Guangxi) to Tian'e (Xialao) highway [Jiangyong to Guilin (Guangxi section)] highway is an important component of Guilin's strengthening of highway transportation infrastructure construction part.
