The "Notice" pointed out that it is necessary to comprehensively promote the construction of high-quality new energy production bases. In accordance with the principle of combining centralization and decentralization, bundled delivery and local consumption, rational use of wind and light resources in the region, focusing on the construction of new energy production bases with wind power and solar power as the core, and focusing on increasing wind power and photovoltaic power generation , Solar thermal power generation and other non-fossil energy supply, accelerate the construction of a diversified and complementary new energy supply system.
At the same time, it is necessary to make overall plans to promote the coordinated development of wind, wind and heat. In addition, it is necessary to speed up the intelligent upgrade of the energy system. Promote the construction of demonstration projects such as energy storage power stations, solar thermal power stations, and virtual power stations, strengthen the integration and complementarity of multiple energy sources with water, heat storage, and gas storage facilities, and build an intelligent infrastructure support system oriented to a high proportion of renewable energy.
In terms of cooperation and opening to the outside world, it is necessary to encourage and support CSP companies to increase research and development, promote technological progress and cost reduction, and continue to promote the construction of CSP projects, so as to create conditions for CSP companies to "go global" and expand overseas markets.
In order to achieve the "dual carbon" goal, Gansu Province will formulate new energy development goals in the next step.
