Project Overview

Deyang Tianfu Jingcheng Area Infrastructure Construction (North Tianfu Park Area) project construction site is located in the south of Detian Railway, west of Baocheng Railway, east of Chengde Avenue, and north of Qingbaijiang Road. The construction content of this project includes 41 sub-projects including urban roads, hospitals, schools, green parks, parking lots, community complexes, bus stations, and urban parks. It mainly includes the construction of water conservancy projects such as sluices, reservoirs, precautionary reconstruction, and ecological restoration; the construction of municipal public works such as municipal roads and municipal squares; the construction of housing construction projects such as community complexes and schools. The cooperation period of this project is tentatively set to be 13 years, counting from the date when both parties sign this agreement, of which the construction period shall not exceed 10 years. If the project construction and regional land supply are delayed due to the adjustment of land space planning or the impact of the progress of land approval, the overall cooperation period will be postponed. If the cooperation period expires and the investment cost and income of the project company have not been paid, Party A and the project company may negotiate to extend the project cooperation period.
