The project is planned to be located in Tieshan Port District, Beihai City, Guangxi. Two 660-megawatt ultra-supercritical extraction-condensing cogeneration units will be built, and environmental protection facilities such as desulfurization, denitrification, and dust removal devices will be constructed simultaneously to achieve environmental protection with ultra-low flue gas emissions. The goal is to create a benchmark for environmental protection and green power plants in the coastal areas of Guangxi. The project plans to invest about 4.844 billion yuan, and it is expected to realize the first grid-connected power generation by the end of 2023. After the project is completed and put into operation, it is estimated that the annual power generation will reach 6.946 billion kWh, the annual saving of 59,000 tons of standard coal (equivalent to reducing carbon dioxide emissions by 150,000 tons), the annual fuel cost saving of 70 million yuan, and the annual heat supply of 10.29 million GJ, which can create The regional tax revenue was 71.19 million yuan, and nearly 400 jobs were created.
