Project Overview

Deyang Tianfu Jingcheng Area Infrastructure Construction (Science and Technology Innovation Area) project is located to the south of Detian Railway, west of Baocheng Railway, east of Chengde Avenue, and north of Qingbaijiang Road. The construction content of this project includes 27 sub-projects including urban roads, schools, hospitals, fire stations, cultural centers, mass activity centers, standard workshops, and parking lots. The total investment is about 10.637 billion yuan.

Cooperation period

The cooperation period of this project is tentatively set to be 13 years, counting from the date when both the tenderer and the winning bidder sign this agreement, of which the construction period shall not exceed 10 years. If the project construction and regional land supply are delayed due to the adjustment of land space planning or the impact of the progress of land approval, the overall cooperation period will be postponed. If the cooperation period expires and the project company's investment costs and benefits have not been paid, the tenderee and the project company may negotiate to extend the project cooperation period.
