The comprehensive utilization of high-quality recycled aluminum is invested and constructed by Longkou Nanshan Renewable Resources Co., Ltd. The total investment of the project is 330 million yuan, and the new plant is planned to be 47,000 square meters. A total of 20 sets (sets) of new pre-treatment equipment, double-chamber melting furnaces and other production and auxiliary production equipment are used. The advanced secondary aluminum grade preservation process is adopted. After completion, the annual output of high-quality secondary aluminum is 100,000 tons. The project construction period is from January 2022 to December 2023.

Relying on the advantages of Nanshan Aluminum's advanced aluminum industry chain, the project uses the aluminum waste generated by aluminum processing to achieve grade-relevant utilization through advanced recycled aluminum production technology, and produces high-quality aluminum products. The implementation of the project can realize energy conservation, emission reduction and clean production of the entire industrial chain, and reduce the overall cost of the industrial chain, filling the gap in China's recycling and utilization of high-quality recycled aluminum.

As a green and environmental protection industry, recycled aluminum will be the direction of efforts of China's recycled aluminum industry in the future and an important link in the sustainable development of China's aluminum industry system. After the project is put into production, the annual sales income will be 1.9 billion yuan, the profit will be 110 million yuan, and the tax will increase by more than 50 million yuan.
