The tender unit was Guangxi New Development Transportation Group Co., Ltd. The section from Shangsi to Dongzhong Port of Longsheng-Dongzhong Port Highway is an important part of the "18" expressway in "1 Ring, 12 Horizontal, 13 Vertical and 25 Connections" in the "Guangxi Expressway Network Planning (2018-2030)".

Project Overview

Main line: It starts from the original seven-gate single-horn interchange on the Hepu-Napo Expressway in the west of Shangsi County, and transforms the original Seven-gate Interchange into the Shangsi West Hub Interchange to connect the Hepu-Napo Expressway. The route goes south through Shangsi. County Siyang Town, Callan Town, Hualan Town, Pingfu Township, Nanping Yao Nationality Township, Ningming County Nanan Township, and finally at the main line toll station in Dongzhong Town, Fangcheng District, and connect to the main line connection line. The total length of the route is 83.5km. It adopts the standard of two-way four-lane expressway. The design speed is 100km/h and the width of the roadbed is 26m. Set up 19,809.5m/44 bridges (excluding main line bridges, including 4,828m/4 extra large bridges, 15,085m/38 bridges, 457.5m/6 small and medium bridges), 65 culverts (excluding main line), and 19,443m tunnels /12 (including 8859m/2 extra-long tunnels, 5 long tunnels 7411.5m/5, and 3172.5m/5 short and medium tunnels), 4 interchanges (including 1 hub interchange), 10 separate interchanges, channels 56 roads (excluding the main line of communication), 2 service areas, 1 parking area, 1 main line toll station, 4 ramp toll stations, 2 maintenance work areas, 1 monitoring and communication sub-center, and 2 tunnel management stations.

Main line connecting line: The starting point is connected to the main line, and it ends near Tongsha in Tongzhong Town, and then connects to Nasha Avenue planned by Tongzhong Town. The total length of the route is 0.839km, adopting the first-class highway standard, the design speed is 80km/h, and the roadbed width is 25.5m. Set up 4 culverts and 1 plane intersection.

Shiwandashan connecting line: the total length of the line is 14.908km, and it adopts the second-class highway standard, the design speed is 60km/h, and the roadbed width is 10m. Set up 288m/2 bridges, 34 culverts, and 2 plane crossings.

Dongzhong connecting line: The total length of the route is 2.221km, and it adopts the second-class highway standard, the design speed is 60km/h, and the roadbed width is 10m. Set up 220m/1 bridge, 7 culverts and 2 plane intersections.

Changdun connecting line: the total length of the line is 5.745km, and it adopts the second-class highway standard, the design speed is 60km/h, and the width of the roadbed is 8.5m. Set up a bridge of 188.5m/1, 15 culverts, and 2 plane crossings.

Bidding scope

The scope of this bidding is for the main line K0+000~K83+500, the main line connecting line K83+500~K84+339.925, the Shiwandashan connecting line LK0+000~LK14+908.125, and the Dongzhong connecting line PK0+000~PK2 +221.44 section and Changdun connecting line QK0+000～QK5+742.288 construction drawing survey and design and the general contracting of the corresponding engineering construction, set up 1 bidding section (No. 1).
