In this hoisting work, the project chose to use ZCC12500 crawler crane as the main crane to super-lift the main arm + tower arm working condition, the main arm is 60 meters, the tower arm is 42 meters, the working radius is 18 meters, the load rate is 87%, and there are 4 hoisting points. It seems simple, but the installation butt joint is the most critical step in the hoisting of the steel structure, which directly affects the stability of the overall structure.

Master Sheng, the operator, said: "We adopted the working condition of 60m main boom + 42m tower boom, and completed the installation of steel beam truss with an average span of 30m and a weight of 230t in a site with limited working radius. The working distance It is far away, and the one-time docking point is complex, the lifting performance of this equipment is very strong under the overall operation, and the fretting is very good!"

Up to now, the hoisting work is progressing in a safe and orderly manner. It is expected that the main steel structure of the new work body will be completed in the first quarter of 2022, and the new work body is expected to make a new appearance by the end of the year and be reborn. The renovation of the industrial body adopts the overall protective renovation and reconstruction method. After the renovation, the facade of the building will be restored to its original appearance in the 1950s. However, the internal functions of the stadium will be greatly optimized to meet the standards of world-class professional football fields. The slope is more reasonable, and the seats are more spaced and more comfortable.
