The Meipu Road project has a small plot and is extremely difficult to construct. It is surrounded by key roads, railways, pipelines and key units. The project is close to the municipal green belt 3 meters away from natural gas and other pipelines. The east side is only 2.5 meters away from the fence of key units. The west side is a special railway line, and there are professional railway high-voltage lines and safety protection distances. There are still 2 meters away from the project. There are 5 special pipelines and lines such as nitrogen, argon, oxygen, natural gas, and professional high-voltage lines. The north side is the expressway, and the red lines are all around the project. She had a good idea, and she surveyed, wrote plans, and watched construction over and over again, eliminating difficulties one by one.

In order to ensure the safety of surrounding pipelines and buildings, she took the first draft of the plan and communicated with Baoshan Public Security Bureau, District Construction and Communications Commission, major offices and surrounding units over and over again, and formulated a solid fencing pile system. In the project approval process, Wang Caiying tried every means to promote the speed of land approval by the municipal and district governments and the speed of project approval and construction. At the same time, she also summarized the external government procedures and the internal approval process of the group based on the characteristics of different stages of the project.
