High-growth enterprises, including 1 central enterprise headquarters, 3 central enterprise investment holding companies, 4 foreign enterprises, 3 private enterprises, and 1 domestic super flagship store, covering shipbuilding industry, construction investment, property insurance, green energy, commerce and retail, Science and technology innovation services, cultural creativity and other industries are the entry point and strong support for accelerating the expansion of Huangpu's "3+3+X" industrial development system, and promoting the construction of the Bund financial agglomeration belt and "world-class business district".

It is understood that the implementation of key projects and major projects is an important starting point for promoting the high-quality development of Huangpu.
