The new high-precision and cutting-edge projects have become the highlight of the intensive construction of the Year of the Tiger project in Kaifu District. As a new representative of high-precision and cutting-edge, Hunan Ultra-Precision Manufacturing Industrial Park has a total investment of about 5 billion yuan and a planned area of 1,000 mu. After full production, it is expected to achieve an annual output value of about 7 billion yuan and tax revenue of more than 400 million yuan. The industrial park has a high positioning and will build China's leading, world-class advanced manufacturing industry cluster and high-tech industrial park with core competitiveness.

The first project of the park is the ultra-precision optical manufacturing industrialization project invested and constructed by Hunan Tianchuang Precision Technology Co., Ltd., with an investment of about 800 million yuan. The project mainly produces products such as high-precision optical molds and complex curved optical components. The project will be constructed in two phases. The first phase is expected to be put into operation at the end of October this year. After the overall production is completed, the annual output value will be over 700 million yuan and the annual tax payment will be over 50 million yuan.
