Songgu Plain Water System Comprehensive Management Project

Songyang County Songgu Plain Water System Comprehensive Treatment Project is located in Songyang County, Lishui City, Zhejiang Province. By connecting rivers, lakes and reservoirs, optimizing regional water resources allocation, improving regional land use efficiency, implementing ecological restoration and management of small and medium-sized rivers, implementing comprehensive land improvement and ecological restoration, improving regional flood control and drainage capabilities, improving water environment, and restoring water ecology, Combined with digital reform, we will build a flood control and security network, a resource allocation network, a happy river and lake network, and a smart network.

The "Songyang Water Network" integrated with the Huishui Conservancy Network. The main construction contents include the ecological restoration and treatment of Songyin Creek and its main tributary rivers for 78km, the new construction of flood intercepting ditches, flood diversion channels, flood diversion tunnels, diversion tunnels and pipelines and other water system connection projects totaling about 57km, and the implementation of comprehensive land improvement of more than 14,000 mu.

Farmland Ecological Restoration and Improvement Project in Sidu Basin

The farmland ecological restoration and upgrading project in the Sidu River Basin controls the discharge flow of the reservoir through the flood blocking and peak reduction of the Shangsidu Reservoir. In cooperation with the river embankment, the flood control capacity of the downstream river channel will be improved from the current situation of less than 20 years to once in 50 years. It can meet the irrigation water required for the development of 30,000 mu of cultivated land with elevations between 190m and 220m in the Wuduyuan-Guanxi area of the Jiangbei Plain. Release the ecological flow downstream to improve the water ecology of the Siduyuan River.

The first phase of the second water plant

Songyang County No. 2 Water Plant is located on the east side of Xiecunyuan third-level power station in Xinxing Town, Songyang County. In order to meet the long-term and long-term water demand of Songyang County, a new second water plant will be built with a scale of 80,000 m3/d. In order to reduce the recent investment, the scale of the first phase of the second water plant is 40,000 m3/d. The main construction contents include: a 40,000 m3/d water plant with a land area of 7.5254 hectares; a DN1000 pipeline for raw water of 3.8km; and a DN1000 pipeline for purification water of about 2.9km.

The estimated dynamic total investment of this project is 3,151,294,000 yuan, including 2,264,150,000 yuan of engineering costs, 550,711,900 yuan of other construction costs, 168,891,700 yuan of basic reserve funds, 161,380,300 yuan of interest during the construction period, and 6,160,000 yuan of initial working capital.
