On February 8, 2022, the National Public Resource Trading Platform released the winning bid for the main project of the reconstruction and expansion project of the Qihe-Jinan section of the Beijing-Taiwan Expressway. The total project duration is 48 months.

Project Overview

The reconstruction and expansion project of the Qihe to Jinan section of the Jingtai Expressway starts from the Yancheng hub where the Jingtai Expressway and the Jiliao Expressway intersect, passes through Qihe County of Dezhou City, Huaiyin District and Shizhong District of Jinan City, and ends at the Jingtai Expressway and the The Yinjialin hub where the Jinan-Guangzhou Expressway and the southern section of the Jinan Ring Expressway intersect. The total length of the reconstruction and expansion project is 23.999 kilometers. It adopts a two-way twelve-lane expressway (the existing old road maintains two-way six-lane, the left side (downstream) of the Yellow River Super Bridge section is separated and newly built with two-way six-lane, and the other two sides of the road section are separated and newly built with one-way three-lane. Lane) standard construction, the design speed is 120 km/h, and the width of the separated roadbed is controlled according to 2 × 17 meters. The vehicle load level of the newly built and widened bridges and culverts adopts the highway-I level, and the bridges and culverts are directly used to maintain the original automobile load level (automobile-super-20, trailer-120). . The design flood frequency of bridges and culverts is: 1/300 for extra-large bridges, 1/100 for large, medium and small bridges and culverts; the planned navigation standard of the Yellow River is grade IV channel; the peak ground acceleration coefficient is 0.10.

1 new Yellow River super bridge, 3 new viaducts, 1 extra-wide bridge (the north approach bridge of the old Yellow River Bridge), 4 middle bridges, 3 culverts; 6 interchanges (3 hub interchanges, 3 general interchanges) ), 1 separate interchange, 5 passages, 3 toll stations (2 used and 1 expanded). 1 new maintenance work area will be relocated, and 1 monitoring and communication sub-center will be used.

The scope of bidding includes highway subgrade engineering, road surface engineering, bridge and culvert engineering, intersection engineering, drainage engineering, traffic safety facility engineering, pre-buried pipeline engineering, greening, toll plaza and earthwork in various functional areas for the reconstruction and expansion project of Qihe-Jinan Expressway All construction contents indicated in the bidding drawings such as site roads, etc. Other housing construction, electromechanical and other projects will be bid separately as follow-up projects.

Bidding Information

The winning bidder for the first construction bid was a consortium of Shandong Road and Bridge Group Co., Ltd. and China Construction Eighth Engineering Bureau Co., Ltd., with a winning bid price of 5.09 billion yuan. The winning bidder for the first section of the supervision was a consortium of Shandong Expressway Engineering Project Management Co., Ltd. and Shandong Wantai Engineering Consulting Co., Ltd., with a winning bid price of 63.1285 million yuan.
