"The Reply of the National Development and Reform Commission on the Feasibility Study Report of the New Shanghai-Nanjing-Hefei High-speed Railway" (Fa Kaiji [2021] No. 1629) approved the feasibility study of the newly-built Shanghai-Nanjing-Hefei high-speed railway (Anhui section) (hereinafter referred to as Shanghai The Anhui Section of the Ninghe High-speed Railway), the construction funds have been implemented, and the construction unit (the tenderee) is the Yangtze River Coast Railway Group Anhui Co., Ltd.
Project Overview
Main line: DK427+948.09~K440+200 (Hening), the line length is 110.582km, of which: the main line length of the new line is 103.152km.
Hefei hub related projects. ① Also build the Hening Line. The left line is 8.17km, and the right line is 10.38km; ②The connecting line between Feidong Heningchang and Shisanlipu. The left line is 4.14km, and the right line is 3.20km; ③The connecting line between Hening Railway and Shanghai-Chongqing High-speed Railway. The left line is 1.35km, the right line is 1.84km; ④The connecting line between Feidong Huyu Rongchang and Hefei Station. The left line is 7.96km and the right line is 8.09km.
Three new station buildings, Chuzhou, Dashu and Feidong, have been built. The area of the station buildings is 39,000 square meters for Chuzhou Station, 10,000 square meters for Dashu Station, and 30,000 square meters for Feidong Station. The total land area is about 5228.8 mu.
The total planned construction period of this project is 4 years. The contract for the planned construction period of this tender section is signed until the work of this tender project is completed.

The scope of this tender is for all the construction land in the Anhui section of the Shanghai-Nanjing-Hebei high-speed railway to file for approval, as well as forest land surveys and file-for-approval work (including part of the temporary land used in advance).
