Project Overview

The total length of the highway in this project is 101.103Km. The starting point is located in Xixiangtang District, Nanning City. It is connected to Nanning Ring Expressway. A hub interconnection + main line toll station is set up, and it is connected to the planned Lingzhou Road. The route is laid westward and spans Yong. After Jianghou enters Jiangnan District, after setting up bridges to cross the Nanning-Kunming Railway in turn, pass through the tunnel roof of Nankun Passenger Railway and Nanbai 2nd Line, then go west to the north side of Jiangxi Town, cross Zuojiang and enter Fusui, Chongzuo City County, set up hubs to connect with Wulong Expressway and Shangsi to Pingguo Expressway (reserved construction conditions), pass through Changping Township north, enter Jiangzhou District at the point of crossing Xidamingshan Nature Reserve, and then continue westward through Tuo After Luzhen North, Nalong Town South, Zuozhou Town North, and Lanwei Township South, enter Daxin County, connect with Bama-Pingxiang Expressway on the northeast side of Fantun, and set up a connecting line to connect with National Highway 358 .

The main line of the project adopts the technical standard of a two-way four-lane expressway with a design speed of 120Km/h and a subgrade width of 26.5m. There are 28,307.1m/109 bridges across the line (including the main bridge), including 9,557m/6 extra-large bridges, 18,196.6m/76 large and medium bridges, 246m/12 small bridges, and 307.5m/15 bridges , 132 culverts and culvert-type passages, and 10 overpasses. Set up 2936m/9 tunnels, including 1811m/7 short tunnels and 1125m/2 medium tunnels. Bridges and tunnels account for 30.9% of the route length. There are 9 interchanges (including 3 hubs), 1 management sub-center, 1 tunnel management station, 8 toll stations, 2 maintenance areas, 2 service areas and 1 parking area. There are 5 connecting lines with a total length of 14.21 kilometers, of which: the Jinguang Farm connecting line is 695 meters long, the Tuolu connecting line is 2.367 kilometers long, the Nalong connecting line is 5.042 kilometers long, the Lanwei connecting line is 659 meters long, and the Daxinnan connecting line is 659 meters long. 5.447 km. The total investment of this project is estimated to be about 14.456 billion yuan, and the average cost per kilometer is about 143 million yuan. It is planned to start construction in 2022 and operate in a PPP mode. The winning social capital will set up a project company to franchise the project.

The cooperation period of this project includes two phases: construction period and operation period (including charging period). Among them: construction period: 4 years (48 months), from the start date of the project to the delivery date; operation period (including charging period): from the delivery date to the expiry date of the project charging period, of which the charging period is 30 years (360 months), starting from the date when the project has passed the acceptance inspection and opened to traffic.
