Recently, three large coal mines in Shaanxi and Inner Mongolia have been approved, with a total production capacity of 16 million tons and a total investment of more than 24 billion yuan.

Haitiantan Coal Mine Project in the South District of Yuheng Mining Area, Shaanxi: The project unit is Shaanxi Yanchang Petroleum Jingbian Coal Industry Co., Ltd. The project construction site is located in Jingbian County, Yulin City, Shaanxi Province. The total investment of the project is 8.124 billion yuan (excluding the cost of mining rights).

It is reported that the construction scale of Haisitan Coal Mine is 5 million tons per year, and a coal preparation plant of the same scale will be built. The mine industrial site is located in the south of the mine field. The vertical shaft development method is adopted, and the ventilation is divided into zones. When it is put into production, two fully mechanized mining faces are arranged. Belt conveyors are used for underground coal transportation, and trackless rubber-wheeled vehicles are used for auxiliary transportation. The coal washing adopts the heavy medium shallow trough separation process. The two circuits of the power supply are respectively drawn from different busbar sections of the Danxia 110 kV substation.

Shaanxi Yuheng Mining Area Huanghaojie Coal Mine Project: The project unit is Shaanxi Yuansheng Coal Industry Co., Ltd. The project construction site is located in Yulin City, Shaanxi Province. The total investment of the project is 4.821 billion yuan (excluding the cost of mining rights).

The Huanghaojie Coal Mine Project has a construction scale of 3 million tons per year, and a coal preparation plant of the same scale will be built. The mine industrial site is located in the eastern part of the mine field. The inclined shaft development method is adopted, and the central row ventilation is adopted in the initial stage. When it is put into production, one fully mechanized mining face and one backfilling face are arranged. Belt conveyors are used for underground coal transportation, and trackless rubber-wheeled vehicles are used for auxiliary transportation. The coal preparation adopts the heavy medium shallow groove separation process. The dual-circuit power supply is drawn from different busbar sections of Tawan 110 kV substation respectively.

Taohutu Coal Mine Project in Nalinhe Mining Area, Inner Mongolia: The project unit is Ordos Chengda Mining Co., Ltd. The project construction site is located in Wushen Banner, Ordos City, Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region. The total investment of the project is 8.54 billion yuan (excluding the cost of mining rights).

The construction scale of Taohutu Coal Mine is 8 million tons per year, and a coal preparation plant of the same scale will be built. The mine industrial site is located in the central and northern part of the mine field. The vertical shaft development method is adopted. One fully mechanized mining face is arranged when it is put into production, and two fully mechanized mining faces are arranged when it reaches production. In the initial stage of the mine, zoned ventilation is adopted, belt conveyors are used for underground coal transportation, and trackless rubber-tyred trucks are used for auxiliary transportation. Coal washing adopts intelligent dry separation and heavy medium cyclone separation technology.
