In the early morning of February 26, 2022, a ship carrying two quay cranes at Laem Chabang Port, the largest port in Thailand, successfully set sail from the wharf of Sany Zhuhai Industrial Park.

The project consists of 2 sets of 60t-55m quay cranes, which are designed without rear tie rods, light in weight, and meet the characteristics of the customer's wharf that allows the wheel to be lowered. It has passed the weighing acceptance and won the customer's approval.

The lifting speed of the project is high, which is 90m/min with full load and 180m/min without load. The acceleration and deceleration time is as short as 1.8s, the speed of the trolley is 240m/min, and the operation efficiency is high; the number of driving wheels of the cart reaches 24, and the driving reliability is high. Running smoothly.

In addition, the project equipment is equipped with an energy feedback system, which can return the energy generated during the operation back to the power grid to achieve the effect of energy saving. The equipment is equipped with a CCTV system, which can monitor the operation of the spreader and the condition of the lane to improve the safety of people and vehicles.
