Abu Dhabi Maritime, part of AD Ports Group, has announced that it has broken ground on several new marina and ferry terminal developments in the UAE capital in partnership with the Ministry of Municipalities and Transport. Al Ahbabi said the new vessels will enhance maritime transport services to the Al Aliah and Dalma Islands and are expected to increase the fleet's passenger capacity by nearly 70 percent and vehicle capacity by 40 percent.
