Recently, the overall upgrading project of the steel structure of Guangzhou Baiyun Station has started. With the slow improvement of the roof steel structure, the appearance of Yunshan Zhushui and Kapok Kai has taken shape, laying a solid foundation for the next phase of Guangzhou Baiyun Station decoration and electromechanical installation and construction.
The roof steel structure lifting of the first phase of Baiyun Station project has a total length of 160 meters, a width of 50 meters, a projection area of 12,252 square meters, and a total weight of about 2,000 tons. There are 2,494 balls and 11,267 rods in the overall lifting area. .
The project team used 30 hydraulic lifting devices and a hydraulic synchronous lifting control system at the CNC operation end to load and synchronously lift multiple devices step by step to control the overall lifting rate and accuracy of the roof. The whole process was digitally operated, and the fulcrum height error was controlled at 0.1 Within a millimeter, it took about 8 hours to lift the roof steel structure by 18 meters.
Guangzhou Baiyun Station is expected to be completed and put into operation by the end of 2023. It is an important railway hub in the 13th Five-Year Plan and one of the main passenger stations of the "five main and four auxiliary" railway hubs in Guangzhou. The station scale has 11 stations and 24 lines.
After the project is completed, it will undertake all the regular-speed passenger cars of Guangzhou Railway Station and Guangzhou East Railway Station, which is the precondition for the future renovation of Guangzhou Railway Station and Guangzhou East Railway Station. and a large-scale integrated transportation hub for urban public transportation.Editor/Ma Xue
