Project Overview

The land area of the C&D Yangyun project is 45,291m2 (including kindergartens), and the total construction area is 231,960m2: the underground part is 36,396m2, the above-ground part is 195,564m2, of which 8 residential buildings are 135,800 square meters (including 4 140m super high-rise buildings with 87,000 square meters), and 5,400 square meters of shops. Bidding scope
