The EIA of the project is about to be approved, and construction is expected to start before the end of the year.
Prince City to Xilinhot Railway
The Xilin Gol League, where the project is located, is located around Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei. There are coal bases in Northeast China (Eastern Mongolia) and is an important coal production area in my country. Its proven coal reserves are 144.8 billion tons, ranking second in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, and lignite reserves ranking first First in China. The domestic and foreign coal transportation channels mainly include Xiduo, Chidabai-Chijin, Papua New Guinea, Xiwu, Jier Railway and so on. The section from Xilinhot to Zhenglanqi is mainly responsible for coal transportation from Xilin Gol League to power plants and coal chemical enterprises along the line, and coal transportation to Caofeidian Port.
The Taizicheng-Zhenglanqi section of the Tai-Xi Railway does not undertake the freight function, and only operates the passenger train. Therefore, this project is an important component of the regional trunk line passenger railway.
Project Overview
The Taizicheng-Xilinhot Railway is located in Zhangjiakou City, Hebei Province and Xilin Gol League, Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, and runs roughly north-south. The line starts from Taizicheng Station of Chongli Railway in the south (not included), passes through Chongli District, Zhangbei County, Guyuan County, Saibei Management District of Zhangjiakou City, enters the territory of Xilin Gol League, passes through Taipusi Banner, Zhenglan Banner, and reaches Xilinhot in the north. stand.
The total length of the line is 393.322km (the new line is 152.478km, and the existing line is 240.844km), of which the line in Zhangjiakou City is 133.701km, and the length in Xilingol League is 259.621km; the total length of the new line from Taizicheng to Heichengzi is 10.596km/19 bridges , The total length of the tunnel is 38.596km/10, and the bridge-tunnel ratio is 32.26%. The total length of the existing bridges from Heichengzi to Xilinhot is 3.149km/12, and the bridge ratio is 1.31%.
There are 19 stations in the project, including 5 new stations. The project has set up 8 new traction substations, supporting the construction of Xilinhot EMU parking yard, work area, workshop, etc. The total estimated budget for the Chongli (exclusive) to Xilinhot section of the Prince City-Xilinhot Railway is 11.497 billion yuan, and the total construction period is planned to be 3.5 years (including joint commissioning and testing).
The total length of the project line from Prince City (exclusive) to Chongli (inclusive) is 15.864km, which has been put into operation and is not included in the scope of this evaluation.
Route direction and ecologically sensitive areas
The line leads from Chongli Station (not included), goes northwest through Shiyaozi and crosses Motianling, passes through Dayuan Town, Zhangbei County, and sets up Zhangbei Station, and on the west side of Guyuan County, sets up Guyuan Station, turns to the northwest, and enters the territory of Taipusi Banner. Set up Taipusiqi Station in Xishanpo Village, Qianjingou Town, then walk northeast to Saibei Management Area, Zhangjiakou City, and set up Saibei Management Area Station, continue northward to Heichengzi Station of the existing blue-black line; the section from Heichengzi to Zhenglan Banner uses existing The blue-black railway single line electrifies to Zhenglanqi Station; the Zhenglanqi to Xilinhot section utilizes the existing Xiduo railway double line electrification to Xilinhot station.
The project area involves a total of 9 ecologically sensitive areas, including 2 natural conservation areas, 2 wetland parks, 1 important wetland, 3 cultural relics protection units, and 1 ecological red line area.
Station setup plan
There are 19 stations in the project, including 5 new stations. They are Chongli Station, Zhangbei Station, Guyuan Station, Taipusiqi Station, and Saibei Management Area Station; 9 existing stations have been rebuilt, namely Heichengzi Station, Zhenglanqi Station, Abdhuduge Station, and Sanggenda. Laibei Station, Wuritu Station, Baiyinkulun Station, Huitengliang Station, Belike Station, and Xilinhot Station; 5 stations are reserved, including Baodonggou Station, Baidayingzi Station, Xinmin Station, and Xiaomachang Station , Ulan Hudag Station.
The station reconstruction plan is mainly based on the current electrification. Except for Heichengzi, Zhenglanqi, Sanggendalaibei, Huitengliang and Xilinhot stations, there are other reconstructions in the station, and Zhenglanqi, Sanggendalaibei and Xilinhot stations have additional trains. Outside the group stops, the other existing stations are maintained, only electrified transformation is carried out, and the operation of the motor train will be carried out.
Zhangbei Station: The center mileage of Zhangbei Station is DK111+060. The station building is located on the left side of the line. It adopts the station type of two stations and three lines. There are 3 arrival and departure lines (including 1 main line), and the effective length of the arrival and departure line is 650m. There are 450.0×8.0×1.25m basic platform and one side platform each, and one 8m-wide passenger tunnel is set between the two platforms. There is 1 comprehensive maintenance work area on the same right side of the station, 2 large machine parking lines and 2 rail garage lines are set up in the work area.
Guyuan Station: The central mileage of Guyuan Station is DK161+620. The station building is located on the right side of the line. It adopts the station type of two stations and three lines. There are 3 arrival and departure lines (including 1 main line), and the effective length of the arrival and departure line is 650m. There are 450.0×8.0×1.25m basic platform and one side platform each, and one 8m-wide passenger tunnel is set between the two platforms. Heichengzi Station: The central mileage of the existing Heichengzi Station is LHK35+763.513, and the existing operation room is located on the left side of the existing main line. The station has 4 arrival and departure lines (including one main line), the effective length of the arrival and departure line is 1050m; there are 2 loading lines, the effective length is 1010m, 1050m respectively, one standby line, 1 safety line, valid The length is 50m. There is one basic platform of 300.0×6.0×0.3m.
After the renovation and expansion, only the motor vehicle will be handled. One of the existing arrival and departure lines is a 50kg seam line. In order to meet the requirements of running EMU trains, the first arrival and departure line is removed and replaced with 60kg seamless steel rails. There is 1 comprehensive maintenance work area on the same left of the station, 2 large machine parking lines and 2 rail garage lines in the work area.
Zhenglanqi Station: The central mileage of Zhenglanqi Station is Sangduo Line SDK55+433.62, and the blue-black line is introduced into this station from the direction of Duolun. The station has 10 arrival and departure lines (including 3 main lines), 1 pull-out line, 5 waiting lines, 3 cargo lines, and 5 safety lines. The effective length of the arrival and departure lines is 1700m. In addition, in the direction of Heichengzi, there is a special line for Shangdu Power Plant and a special line for Litong. The station building is located on the right side of the line, with one basic platform of 450×9.0×1.25m and one intermediate platform of 450×8.0×1.25m. Both platforms are equipped with a long canopy. Zhenglanqi Station has passenger station buildings, platforms and underground passages and other passenger transport facilities, and currently does not handle passenger transport operations.
After the reconstruction, the project will start the passenger transport business, and the station will maintain the existing passenger transport facility scale unchanged. According to the maintenance and repair needs, a new comprehensive maintenance work area is set up, and 2 large-scale maintenance lines for public works, with an effective length of 260m, and 2 rail garage lines, with an effective length of 120m.
Sanggendalai North Station: The mileage of the existing Sangendalai North Station is SXK5+724.00 of the Sangxi Line. This station is a station in the Sanggen-Dalai hub. The upstream throat is connected with the Sang-bei connecting line and the Sang-dong connecting line, connecting the Sang-end-Da-lai station and the Sang-- Da-lai station of the Jitong line. The station is equipped with 5 arrival and departure lines (including 4 main lines), 1 pull-out line, 1 safety line, and 1 catenary work area line, with an effective length of 1700 series. The existing station has no passenger transport business and passenger transport facilities, and there is a 50×4.0×0.3m basic platform. At present, the station does not handle passenger and freight business, and is mainly responsible for the task of receiving and dispatching trains.
After the reconstruction, the existing Sanggendalai North Station has opened passenger transport services, and passenger transport facilities such as station buildings and platforms need to be added. The new passenger terminal building is arranged on the left side of the Sangxi Line, and two passenger platforms of 450×8.0×1.25m are newly built on the same side and opposite side of the station building, and underground passages are set up to connect the platforms on both sides.
Xilinhot Station: The central mileage of the existing Xilinhot Station is SXK153+349.54. The technical nature of this station is a section station. The station has 12 existing arrival and departure lines (including 2 main lines); 3 pull-out lines and 2 bus stop lines. 1 machine-standby line; 2 additional cargo yards and 5 cargo lines; 3 reserved network lines. There is 1 maintenance turnaround section on the right side of the station, and 1 vehicle depot on the left side of the station. The station building is located on the right side of the line, with one basic platform of 450×15.0×0.3m and one intermediate platform of 450×11.5×1.25.
After the reconstruction, Xilinhot Station is also a return station for high-speed trains, and the existing passenger transport facilities have been strengthened, and a new passenger station building is built. The existing 0.3m basic platform is 1.25m. 1 new motor car storage yard, 2 vehicle storage lines in the near future, 1 second-line maintenance depot, 2 vehicle storage lines reserved in the long-term, the effective length of the vehicle storage line is 490m, and one pull-out line is installed, and the effective length meets 250m.
As a regional trunk railway, the Taizicheng-Xilinhot Railway is a fast passenger passage between Xilin Gol League, the northern area of Zhangjiakou, the capital Beijing and Hohhot, the capital of the autonomous region. infrastructure. Among them, the Taizicheng to Chongli section of the Taixi Railway is an important infrastructure to ensure the smooth holding of the 2022 Winter Olympics in the Chongli competition area.
The project is to fill the gap of the railway entering Beijing from Xilin Gol League and the northern area of Zhangjiakou, greatly shorten the time to enter Beijing, and connect the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region with a fast track. After completion, the project will be connected with Chongli, Jingzhang, Zhanghu railways, and become a fast passenger passage between Xilin Gol League and the capital Hohhot, and realize fast access to Hohhot, the capital of the autonomous region. At the same time, it is connected with Binzhou, Pingqi, Xiwu Railway and Jitong, Jibao, Baolan and other railways, basically connecting the main alliance cities of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, thus forming a convenient east-west passenger passage in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region.
