The main adjustments include:
(1) Optimization and adjustment of the first phase of Line 1 and the first phase of Line 3 project plans:
The first phase of Line 1 starts from Wanghong Station and ends at Huangjiang Central Station, with a total length of 57.5 kilometers. After adjustment, the underground line has been increased from 28.0 kilometers to 49.4 kilometers, and the total investment has increased from 34.64 billion yuan to 37.98 billion yuan, including direct engineering investment. From 16.75 billion yuan to 23.92 billion yuan, the project construction period is 7 years.
The first phase of Line 3 starts from Jiaoyiwan Station and ends at Dongguan East Station, with a total length of 51.5 kilometers. After adjustment, the underground line has been increased from 34.3 kilometers to 51.5 kilometers. The total investment has increased from 30.29 billion yuan to 36.81 billion yuan. 15.75 billion yuan increased to 22.79 billion yuan, and the project construction period is 6 years.
(2) The planning period is adjusted to 2022-2027.
