On April 12, 2022, the installation of the second phase of the natural gas condensate, denitrification unit, dehelium unit and related supporting facilities in the P1 section of the Russian Amur Natural Gas Processing Plant Project undertaken by China Energy China Gezhouba Electromechanical Co., Ltd. was successfully completed and entered the commissioning stage , ushered in the first major node in 2022.

The second phase of the Amur natural gas processing plant project accounts for 20% of the total project volume and consists of 1 set of NGL/NRU (natural gas liquid and nitrogen removal) unit, 1 set of helium removal unit and related supporting facilities. The Amur branch completed the construction and commissioning of the second-stage substation on August 31, 2021, and the second-stage pipeline installation on November 17, 2021.

The Amur natural gas processing plant project is located in Svobodner, Amur Region, Russia. The project is divided into five stages, and construction is carried out simultaneously. At present, the project has completed the first stage of mechanical completion, and the third stage of cold box hoisting and assembly. After the project is completed, it will become the largest natural gas processing plant in Russia, with an annual processing capacity of 42 billion standard cubic meters of natural gas, an annual output of 60 million cubic meters of helium, and an annual delivery of 38 billion standard cubic meters of natural gas to China.Editor/Ma Xue
