A few days ago, the No. 1 storage tank project of Chaozhou Huaying LNG receiving station, the first LNG receiving facility with a total capacity of more than 6 million tons per year, approved by the National Development and Reform Commission, mainly invested and constructed by private enterprises, has been successfully completed. The project is transferred from the civil construction stage to the installation stage.
The diameter of the single platform of the No. 1 storage tank raised this time is 92.6 meters, the height of the storage tank is 56.049 meters, the dome structure weighs about 775 tons, and the dome span is 86.4 meters. The largest dome of 200,000 cubic meters of storage tanks in China. Roofing is one of the most complex and risky processes in the construction of natural gas storage tanks.
Shu Changxiong, project leader of Chaozhou Huaying Natural Gas Receiving Station Project: The first phase of the project is expected to be put into operation by the end of 2023.
