Project Overview

The route starts from Jindai Town, Liangping District. It is planned that the intersection of Liangkai Expressway and the existing Liangchang Expressway will be rebuilt and expanded along the original road of the existing Liangchang Expressway, passing through Dianjiang County, and ending at Taiping, Changshou District, the end point of the renovation and expansion, with the existing Yuchang Expressway. Expand capacity and plan the intersection of the second phase of Changshou branch line of Yanjiang Expressway and the existing Liangchang Expressway. The total length of the project route is 96.7 kilometers. Except for the restricted road sections, which are partially newly built, the rest of the road sections are generally widened on both sides, and some road sections are rebuilt and expanded into an eight-lane expressway by means of one-sided widening, with a design speed of 100km/h and a roadbed width of 41%. The estimated total cost of the project is 11.105 billion yuan, with an average cost of about 115 million yuan per kilometer.
